Training
Full product training is available and usually included in your initial installation. As part of our ongoing support, we encourage additional ‘refresher’ and ‘advanced’ training as part of your annual maintenance plan. The training shall consist of a number of days “hands on” instruction, enabling the user to achieve the desired key objectives.
On/Off Site Resources
As a licensed reseller of the Visual retailing products, we are able to offer on and off-site consulting services,that enable fast results from your solution as and when required. Our professional consultants can assist with any aspect of using the solution either on your premises or off site at ours. Services include new store design, fixture design, product line importation and planogram creation.
Systems Integration
Driven by a SQL database, all of the Visual Retailing software can be customised and intergrated with POS and PLM systems to suit our clients’ individual needs. We believe in empowering our clients with the tools and training to take ownership of their solution and therefore allow full access to a relational database for seamless systems integration. Our consultants are available to assist with systems design and project scoping where required and are committed to ensuring that our clients receive a solution, not a product.
